VideoForward is not endorsed by Google,
YouTube or any company mentioned on this website. When you join
VideoForward, you are paying for specialized training, use of our
website, and membership to our private community. All videos
posted to VideoForward are displayed publicly and there is never any
charge to view them.
VideoForward is a user-generated content website. VideoForward
will not be held liable for content posted to the website by members or
visitors. Members are individually responsible for the
content they add to VideoForward. If you find any page of the
website offensive or inappropriate, please use the Report This Page link
on the bottom of each video page or contact us.
Service
Agreement
By using VideoForward's search engine, web application, or other VideoForward services ("VideoForward
Services", or "Services" ), you agree to be bound by the following terms
and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). BY USING AND/OR VISITING THIS
WEBSITE (collectively, including all content available through the
VideoForward.com domain name, the "VideoForward Website", or "Website"),
YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ASSENT TO BOTH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the "Terms
of Service") AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VideoForward's PRIVACY
POLICY, WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. If you do not agree
to any of these terms, please do not use the VideoForward Website.
VideoForward.com, ("VideoForward", "us", "our", "we",
"Company") maintains this Internet site together with other Internet
sites ("Sites") as a service to the Internet community. The content
(images and text) ("Content") is the property of VideoForward.com and
protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
As a user of the Sites, you may download Content solely for your
personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Content in any matter
inconsistent with this Service Agreement ("Agreement") or applicable
law, nor may you copy, modify or alter the Content.
The Content and other information presented on the Sites are for
educational purposes only. VideoForward reserves the right to refuse
or cancel your membership should you violate the terms
and conditions of this Agreement and any other posted policy on the
Sites. Memberships are non-transferable.
We will use
reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date Content and
information on the Sites. From time-to-time we will include content
and/or information provided by third parties. By clicking on certain
links within the Sites, you may leave the VideoForward Sites for
another Web site ("Third Party Site") which VideoForward neither owns
nor controls. VideoForward shall not be liable to you for your use of a
Third Party Site.
Membership Fees
The cost to be a basic member is currently $19.95 per month with no additional
fees.
Your first payment of $19.95 is for the specialized training and initial account
setup costs associated with your VideoForward.com account. For all
membership types (excluding DIAMOND), the recurring fees are charged IN
ARREARS for the hosting and membership dues from the PRIOR period.
Cancellation Policy
You may
cancel at any time during your membership. Your
membership will automatically renew at the conclusion of your Initial
Subscription Period (ISP) (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or yearly
subscription). After the ISP, you remain financially responsible for
your membership fee until we receive notice of cancellation.
Cancellations do not become effective until the starting date of the
member's next membership period. Cancellations are not retroactive.
Effective immediately following canceling your membership, you
will no longer have access to the website and you will no longer be paid
on any ad revenue or referral commissions for your VideoForward.com
account. Your Adsense ads will no longer display on any page
you've added to the website and the default ads for the website will
display on those pages instead. By signing up for VideoForward,
you agree that upon cancellation of your account, you void any right to
incomes generated from the site after the time of cancellation.

of the body of your email state your first and last name, user name, and
intent to cancel. We will not open your email if it contains an
attachment.

your letter to VideoForward.com, PO Box 956, Glen Cove, NY 11542 Att: Member Services. Include your first and last name, user
name, email address, and your intent to cancel.
Refund
Policy
Due to the nature of our business, there are no refunds.
Members have access to host unlimited pages on our site and we can not
keep track of the hosting costs of each individual account.
Furthermore, once a member joins VideoForward they have access to an
incredible wealth of information, software and premium content. The
total retail value of all this access would be into the many thousands.
What you read, watch or download is completely up
to you. For privacy reasons we don’t monitor what you read or download
and have no idea if you have received $10 or $1,000 worth of
information.
For these reason we have a strict "No Refunds" policy
on membership fees. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Member Abuse Policy
VideoForward reserves the right to cancel or suspend any member that
violates our terms of service or is found to be detrimental to the
website. Actions such as harassing other members, intentionally
posting duplicate videos, or using black hat SEO tactics such as
keyword stuffing may result in an initial warning followed by an
immediate suspension of a member's account with no refund if the abuse
continues.
Earnings Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure that we accurately represent our products
and services and their potential for income. Earning and Income statements
made by our company and its customers are estimates of what we think you
can possibly earn. There is no guarantee that you will make these levels
of income and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements
differ by individual.
As with any business, your results may vary, and
will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise,
and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of
success you may experience. The testimonials and examples used are
exceptional results, which do not apply to the average purchaser, and are
not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same
or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on his or her
background, dedication, desire and motivation.
There is no assurance that examples of past earnings
can be duplicated in the future. We cannot guarantee your future results

expressly license VideoForward to use, reproduce, and create derivative

on our Sites including, but not limited to those you may post on our
bulletin boards, in our chat rooms, in marketing and promotional
materials. Any information, communications or material you send to us
must be truthful, legal, and not violate any third party intellectual
property or other rights. We reserve the right to change this Agreement
and any other posted policy on the Sites or to withdraw, change or add
products or services contained within our Sites at any time.
You agree to:
(a) maintain all equipment necessary for your access to and use of the
Sites; (b) maintain the security of your user identification, password
and other confidential information relating to your VideoForward
account; (c) be responsible for all charges resulting from use of your
VideoForward account, including unauthorized use prior to your
notifying VideoForward of such unauthorized use and taking the legal
steps to prevent its further occurrence by contacting us to change your
password; and (d) updating your personal information, including email
address.
You agree that
neither VideoForward.com, Inc., nor its affiliates, subsidiaries,
officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants, content providers,
partners or suppliers ("Released Parties"), shall have any liability to
you under any theory of liability or indemnity in connection with your
use of the Sites. You further agree to hereby and forever release and
waive any and all claims you may have against any Released Parties for
any and all claims, causes, damages or losses under any theory of
liability (including attorneys fees and associated costs and expenses)
arising from your use of the Sites. Notwithstanding the foregoing,
our total liability to you by any Release Party shall not exceed the
fees paid by you to us during your membership with us. In addition,
should your claim arise from a purchase made on or through our store,
our total damages shall not exceed the cost of the product or service
purchased (less shipping and handling). No representations or warranties
of any kind, whether express or implied, fitness for a particular
purpose, or merchantability are made by us regarding the Sites. We will
not be liable to you for any damages, including, direct or indirect,
special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages even if we have
been advised of the possibility of such damages. Void where prohibited
by law.
VideoForward
may deliver notice to you under this Agreement or any other published
policy on the Sites by email, a general notice published on the Sites or
by first class U. S. Mail to the street address provided by you at the
time you become a member. VideoForward will never request any
personally identifiable information from you via electronic or postal
mail. If you receive an email or postal mail that purports to be from us
that requests personally identifiable information from you, and
specifically, your credit card number, please do not reply to that email. You may

Limited Warranty
By agreeing to these terms the user agrees that VideoForward has made
no promises or guarantees regarding any products or services save as
herein provided: VideoForward warrants to you, the purchaser and
member, that your membership (the "Product"), will operate for period
paid for by the end-user from the date that the Product is first used.
EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING, NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE OR AUTHORIZED WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT
AND VideoForward HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Any claim under this Limited Warranty must be submitted before the end
of the warranty period to VideoForward. The product, if cookbooks were
mailed to the users, must be shipped and securely packaged. THE
FOREGOING IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Products
which have been abused, misused, damaged in transport, altered,
neglected or subjected to unauthorized repair or installation as
determined by VideoForward is not covered by this Limited Warranty.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL VideoForward BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR
INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF VideoForward HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Privacy Policy
VideoForward.com has
established this Privacy Policy to explain how it protects and
manages the personal information that it collects from you (the
customer) online.
1. Consent for
Collection, Use and Disclosure
Your use of the

VideoForward.com products and services constitute your consent to

services to you. When you unsubscribe, if you fall within the
guarantee period for any VideoForward.com product and you request
a refund, the guarantee will be honored.
2. Accountability
VideoForward.com
collects, at the time of your registration and your sign-on to its
web site, certain “personal information” (information that
personally identifies you) including but not limited to your name,
email address, home or work address, telephone number, and
information about your computer hardware and software (e.g., IP
address, operating system, browser type, domain name, URL, access
times, and referring web site addresses).

received from its customers, and to respond to any inquiries. The
Privacy Policy also provides that VideoForward.com will use
appropriate contractual means to establish a comparable level of
